Practice Management

Miss Claire Yarborough
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.


Mrs Katie Prentice
We have an assistant practice manager who assists the practice manager in the running of the health centre.


Our receptionists are pleased to help you make appointments, take requests for visits and pass messages to the Doctors. They answer general but not medical enquiries from patients, as well as performing many other vital functions of the practice such as document scanning and processing prescription requests.

We have two secretaries who manage the correspondence for the clinicians as well as playing an important role in liaising with hospitals and other healthcare institutions. They can be useful contacts if you have queries about the administrative aspects of referrals.
